Lynne Stewart assists with real estate transactions, particularly in the area of affordable housing and community development involving various public and private funding sources.  Lynne is experienced in assisting with all types of real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, mortgage lending, conveyancing, complex title matters and zoning.

Before joining Nolan Sheehan Patten LLP, Lynne was a paralegal in the real estate group at DLA Piper LLP (US), Edwards Angell  Palmer & Dodge LLP and Murtha Cullina LLP where she assisted with a broad variety of real estate transactions.
